Good Government Act: Good News for Ontario Charities seeking to generate Ancillary Revenue

On December 15, 2009, Ontario’s Bill 212, The Good Government Act came into effect, repealing the Charitable Gifts Act and amending other provincial acts in a way which will affect Ontario charities in structuring their ancillary revenue arrangements.
